Overview of the 3MTT Program
The 3MTT is not merely a training program; it stands as a pillar of the Renewed Hope agenda. Its overarching aim is to solidify Nigeria’s technical prowess, thereby boosting the nation’s digital economy and positioning Nigeria as a hub of technical talent. By achieving this, Nigeria aspires to be a net talent exporter, providing skilled individuals to meet global demands.
For the maiden phase, the program, in partnership with NITDA, will involve a cohesive collaboration amongst various stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations. The average course duration in this phase is set at three months.

Notably, the only financial aid for this phase will encompass the training fees. Participants must budget for other ancillary expenses such as transportation and meals.

- Open exclusively to Nigerian citizens currently residing in the country.

The training is innovatively designed as a hybrid model, seamlessly blending online and offline sessions. While a substantial part of the learning can be undertaken remotely, certain modules necessitate in-person attendance.
