What does Cut Off Mark really mean?
Cut off Mark is an agreed score set by an institution or school which all candidates who wish to apply to such school must have in order to be considered for admission. Cut off mark is set based on the performance of candidates and the number of candidates applying to the school. Scoring above the cut off mark increases your chances of gaining admission.

The answer is yes. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the cut off marks for 2019/2020 admission process.
What is the Exact 2019 JAMB Cut off mark for Universities?
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has set the 2019 cut off mark for universities to be 150.
Now, many candidates get it all wrong here. The 150 minimum score set by JAMB for Universities means that no university should set its cut off mark below 150.
Some Federal universities like UI, UNN UNIBEN, UNILAG, etc refused to make their cut off mark 150. So, JAMB has given all institutions a go ahead to set their cut off mark higher then the general cut off mark. For example, the cut off for University of Ibadan (UI) is 200.
2019 JAMB Cut off Mark for Polytechnics
The Joint Admission and matriculation Board (JAMB) has set the minimum cut off mark for polytechnics to be 120. However, polytechnics are free to set it above 120.

The minimum cut off mark for 2019 admission into colleges of Education has been set by JAMB to be 100.
